What is Sildigra?
Sildigra is a Phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men available in the tablet form. A main cause for the erectile dysfunction is narrowing of arteries due to that less amount of blood go to the male reproductive system. Sildenafil helps to loosen blood vessels and ameliorate the flow of blood. Sildenafil inhibits the PDE type-5 which is accountable for degradation of cyclic-GMP in the penis. Erection is induced by the engorgement of the male reproductive organ with the blood. The medication increases the blood flow in the penis, which results in proper erection during the intercourse.
How is Sildigra taken?
Sildigra comes as a gelatin capsule to take by mouth. It should be taken as needed about 5-10 minutes before sexual activity and the effect will last upto 50 hours. Do not take Sildigra more then once a day.
A high fat meal may delay the time of the effect of this drug.
Try not to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are being treated with Sildenafil Citrate.
What dosage should be taken?
The dosage of this tablet depends on the diseases of the patients. Therefore consult a doctor regarding the required dosage.
Consume the one tablet of Sildigra with one glass of water. Consume only one recommended dose at a time.
How Sildigra should be stored?
Keep the medication away from direct sunlight and moisture. Store the medication at room temperature and away from excess heat. Do not store the medication in humid areas. Keep the medication away from the children and pets.
What are the Precautions?
Before you start taking Sildenafil Citrate, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies.
Aged people may be more sensitive to the side effects of the drug.
What are the Drug interactions?
This drug should not be used with nitrates and recreational drugs called "poppers" containing amyl or butyl nitrite; alpha-blocker medications; other medications for impotence; high blood pressure medicines, etc.

Do not use nitrates while consuming this medication.
Escape driving after taking this drug because this drug caused dizziness.
The patients who are suffering from these medical disorders like haemopoietic disorders, kidney or liver disorder, Peyronie’s diseases, and gastrointestinal damage.
Consumption of alcohol is not allowed because it effects on the action of this medication.
Avoid consumes high fat food because it effects on the action of Sildigra.
What are the Contraindications?
Sildigra is contraindicated in patients taking another medicine to treat impotence or using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems.
This medicine should not be taken by women and children as well as in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any component of the tablet.
What are the possible side effects of Sildigra?
The most common side effects are headache, flushing, heartburn, stomach upset, nasal stuffiness, lightheadedness, dizziness or diarrhea.
A serious allergic reaction to this drug is very rare, but seek immediate medical help if it occurs.
Many people using this medicine do not have serious side effects.
